|Recommended: YesI must honestly say that I have no complaints with the apartments, the grounds, and staff. The staff is very prompt to handle any and all issues that may arise. I moved in November of 2019 and lived at Brandywine for 1 year. I'm proud to say that I am moving back shortly as this place has truly become my home in which I won't be moving anytime soon from Brandywine. smiling

|Recommended: YesLove It — First apartment on my own and I love it. Very peaceful, everyone in this areas for the most part stay to themselves. Throughout the entire process Keniesha was very understandable and I appreciate her for such an stress free process.

|Recommended: YesNice Enough For Right Now. — On most days, the grounds are peaceful. I am thankful to see that many of my neighbors go to work everyday.
There are times when I hear my upstairs neighbors' television, while I am watching my own TV. I would like to see some sound-dampening material, between the apartments.
I also am surprised that I get a contact high because of the amount of marijuana being consumed in my building.

|Recommended: YesMajor Upgrade It’s 2021 Everything Is Appealing To The Eye There Better Looking The Place The More Money You Can Make. — It’s not bad, very quite in my area... very affordable apartments really need upgrading very bad, need new everything very bad water leaks mold because the apartments are so old, parking sucks Just being honest, maintenance is very good staff is very good grounds is very clean, just need to focus on upgrading so you can bring in more Quality to make more money

|Recommended: YesGreat And Spacious Place To Live — It's a really great place to live, main complaints are don't always get a parking spot in front of my building not too big a deal and that the walls are thin enough that I can hear my downstairs neighbors constantly.
