|Recommended: YesSmall, A Little Behind The Times — It's ok. Small and personal. The kitchen is very small. The bathrooms are very small with not so nice colored tiles. The painting and tile laying job is not neatly done in the units. The kitchen cabinets are small and cannot hold tall objects. The refrigerator is tiny. The average person stands taller than the refrigerator. The master bedroom is a good size and nice to have a bathroom in the master bedroom. Not a very modern looking unit but it is ok for a temporary stay.
|Recommended: YesFormer Resident Returned — I previously lived here and moved out for what I thought was a better deal when that didn’t work out I started my search early. I was told about the new improvements being implemented by the manager and thought why not I loved the space before despite having some maintenance issues in the past which she assured would be different this time around. I am extremely pleased with the way my move in process was smooth and how attentive and helpful the manager was. Mike was here during my last stay so I’m pleased to see someone who knows the place still here. Im looking forward to my stay here at Brandywine the second time around.

|Recommended: YesWe Are Home — After touring the grounds, we knew this had to be the place to call Home. Moving across states to be closer to work was a bit difficult but Kenisha made everything so easy. She was on top of everything we needed to do, and helped with the things we didn't know we needed. She was absolutely fabulous, and so helpful. The apartments are clean and well kept up, the neighbors are polite and quiet. We love being here.

|Recommended: YesI Love My New Home — The buildings are older, but for the money you cannot beat the quality. I have lived in new apartments and you knew everything your neighbors were doing. The staff is very courteous and pay attention to small details around the grounds. My only complaint is the heating system - the fan blowing is loud.
